    • ASSIGNMENT:
      • The objective was to recruit men and women who live within the vicinity of a national medical clinics’ offices in Roanoke, VA. Respondents had to be a combination of customers and non-customers of said clinics to participate in in-person focus groups.
    • SOLUTION:
      • Used zip code targeted-ads on Facebook to reach qualified market research “virgins.”
    • OUTCOME:
      • Focus groups had a 100% show-rate.

 

  1. NON-PROFIT
    • ASSIGNMENT:
      • The target was internet-savvy male and female millennials. The challenge: all respondents had to live within 50-miles of a U.S. coastline and qualify through an algorithm.  Respondents were required to participate in daily online check-ins on a mock-social media site and do a weekly virtual focus group, over the course of three weeks, on behalf of a non-profit organization.
    • SOLUTION:
      • Used zip code targeting on Facebook to achieve representation of the east, west and Gulf coasts.
    • OUTCOME:
      • Recruited committed respondents who participated fully for three full weeks.

 

  1. NATIONAL DENTAL CHAIN
    • ASSIGNMENT:
      • A national dental clinic chain required an audience of men and women with infrequent dental care history, an audience with an incidence of under 5%. They were required to participate in in-person focus groups in Tampa, FL.
    • SOLUTION:
      • Used zip code targeted-ads on Facebook to reach respondents within the vicinity of specified dental clinics.
    • OUTCOME:
      • Achieved 100% participation.

    • ASSIGNMENT:
      • A national dental clinic chain targeted male and female with infrequent dental care history, an audience with an incidence of under 5%.
    • SOLUTION:
      • Drawing from the end client’s top markets (Phoenix, Boston, Atlanta, and Orlando), used zip code targeted Facebook ads to reach consumers.
    • OUTCOME:
      • Fulfilled quotas and enabled the unique opportunity to sample respondents around the country without breaking the client budget.
